How to move your Planets stream from a wallet to another one

If you want to change the wallet where you receive your Planets, open a ticket and give us these data:

• The wallet address where you are currently receiving the Planets;
• The wallet address where you want to receive the Planets.
• Your sensor code.

How to move your asset with the official Algorand App

We will ask you to:

1. Initialize the asset we’ll indicate to you, in the new wallet:

2. Go to the previous wallet address and follow these steps:

• Click on your sensor asset (PW:AB_00…);
• Click on “Send“;
• Insert 1 in “Amount“;
• Click on “Address” and then in “To” insert the new wallet address where you want receive the Planets;
• Click on “Preview” and complete the process.

If the process is performed correctly you will see in the new wallet the 1 pwSensor asset.

How to move your asset with My Algo

We will ask you to:

1. Initialize the asset we’ll provide you, in the new wallet:

2. Go to the previous wallet address and follow these steps:

• Login in My Algo official site
• Click on “Send“
• Choose your pwSensor in the menu Balance;
• Insert 1 and write the new wallet address;
• Click on “Send“.

If the process is performed correctly you will see in the new wallet the 1 pwSensor asset.

How to move your asset with AlgoSigner

We will ask you to:

1. Initialize the asset we’ll provide you, in the new wallet:

2. Go to the previous wallet address and follow these steps:

• Login in AlgoSigner extension;
• Click on your wallet;
• Click on “Send;”
• Choose in the menu your PW:AB_00… and insert 1;
• Write the wallet address where you want to receive the Planets in “To“;
• Click on “Send“.

If the process is performed correctly you will see in the new wallet the 1 pwSensor asset.
